Why the preview matters
Most free converters are a black box: you upload your file, wait in a queue, download the result — and only then discover that a headline has jumped, the fonts have changed, or a photo has vanished. If it’s the church bulletin due Sunday, that discovery comes at the worst possible moment.
We do it the other way around. You see every page before you download. Our renderer was built specifically for Publisher files and lays out text boxes, pictures and columns the way Publisher does. And when a file uses one of the rare features we can’t fully reproduce, we say so — with a plain-language warning right above the preview — instead of quietly handing you a mangled PDF.

Is my file safe? Who can see it?
Your file is used only to render your PDF and preview. Both are deleted from our servers automatically within 60 minutes. We don’t ask for an email and we don’t keep copies.
Which versions of Microsoft Publisher are supported?
Files saved by Publisher 98 through Publisher 2021 and Microsoft 365 generally convert well. Very old Publisher 97 files render poorly — and we tell you so with a warning badge instead of silently giving you a broken PDF.
Do I need Microsoft Publisher installed?
No. Everything happens in your browser — on Windows, Mac, Chromebooks, tablets and phones. Nothing to download or install.
Why might my preview look slightly different from Publisher?
A few rare features — rotated linked text frames, certain embedded charts — can’t be reproduced perfectly by any tool outside Publisher itself. When we detect them in your file, we show a clear warning above the preview so you can judge the result yourself.
What is the maximum file size?
50 MB per file, which covers almost any bulletin, newsletter or flyer. Larger than that? Try compressing the pictures inside the file, or splitting it into parts.
